A Dealer Admin user can configure Device Alerts for any Grower user under their account.
Once Device Alerts is enabled by the Dealer Admin, the Grower user can manage their own notification preferences. They can enable or disable alerts via SMS, Email, or both. If Device Alerts is disabled at the dealer level, growers will not have the option to configure them.
Step 1 - Navigate to Grower:
Navigate to the profile of the specific grower for whom the device alerts has to be set.
Step 2 - Open the Info Section:
In the grower’s profile, open the Info section.
Step 3 - Edit Settings:
Click Edit. Here, you will find the option to enable or disable Device Alerts for the selected grower.
