Alerts Preferences

Users can configure alerts and choose to receive updates via SMS or email.

  • Field Alerts: Includes notifications for irrigation and temperature.

  • Device Alerts: Includes notifications from gateways.

When either type of alert is enabled, users will have the option to select their preferred notification method (SMS, Email or both).

Alert Frequency: All alerts (if any) are sent every 24 hours, while temperature alerts (if any) are sent every 15 minutes if there is a change in freezing condition.

Step 1 - Open Settings:

Click the profile icon in the top-right corner to access the settings.

Step 2 - Locate Alerts Preferences:

In the settings, you will find a dropdown menu with options for Field Alerts and Device Alerts.

By default, both options are disabled.

Step 3 - Enable Alerts:

Select either Field Alerts, Device Alerts, or both. Once enabled, you can choose how to receive notifications via SMS, Email or both.
