After the Operations Admin creates a vendor user, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during account creation.
User Confirmation Flow
The confirmation email includes information such as a temporary password, user's email address, and a link to the website where the user can confirm their account.
Step 1:
The user clicks the "User registration" link in the email and is redirected to the website.
Step 2:
The user enters the temporary password, sets a new password, and clicks "Save Password" to confirm the account.
Step 3:
After confirming the account, the user is directed to a page with options to download the TerraWise app from the Play Store or App Store.
App Installation and Login
Once the TerraWise app is installed, the user lands on the login page, where they can enter their email address and the password set during account confirmation.
After successful login, the vendor user (with admin role) is taken to the dashboard page, where they can create a grower or add another vendor user.
