This guide outlines the process for onboarding a new dealer user in the TerraWise platform. After a dealer tenant is created, an operations user can add dealer users. These dealer users can subsequently create and manage additional users and assign roles as needed.
How to Create a Dealer User
Step 1: Access the Dealer Admin Dashboard
Navigate to the Dealer Admin Dashboard and click the Add button to begin adding a new dealer user.
Step 2: Enter User Details
Fill in the required information, including: - First Name - Last Name - Email Address - Phone Number - Role
Once all details are entered, click Save.
Step 3: Email Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. The new user must follow the link in the email to confirm their account.
Step 4: Set Password
Upon opening the confirmation link, the user will be prompted to enter a temporary password (provided in the email) and set a new password. Click Save Password to proceed.
Step 5: Complete Onboarding
After successfully setting the password, the account will be activated. The user can now log in with their credentials.
