This guide provides step-by-step instructions for resetting your password if you have forgotten it.
Step 1: Access the Forgot Password Option
On the login screen, click the Forgot Password? button.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Code.
Step 3: Check for Confirmation and Email
After clicking Send Code, you will see a confirmation message and receive an email from TerraWise with instructions to reset your password.
Step 4: Open the Reset Password Link
Click the Reset Password link provided in the email.
Step 5: Enter Verification Code and New Password
You will be redirected to the reset password page. Enter the verification code (provided in the email), set your new password, and click Save Password.
Step 6: Password Reset Confirmation
After a successful reset, you will see a confirmation page with a 'Success' message.
Step 7: Log In with New Credentials
You can now log in to the TerraWise app using your new password.
