Troubleshooting
Issue 1: User has not received confirmation email
After registering or being invited, the user reports not receiving the confirmation email.
Possible Causes:
- Email might have gone to the spam/junk folder.
- Email delivery is delayed due to network issues.
- Incorrect email address provided during registration.
Resolution:
1. User can check their spam/junk folder.
2. Verify that the email address provided is correct.
3. If the issue persists, the Admin will resend the invitation email.
Issue 2: User is not receiving alerts
User reports that alerts are not being received in the app.
Possible Causes:
- Alerts are disabled in the app settings.
Resolution:
1. User needs to check the Settings in the app to confirm that alerts are enabled.
2. If the issue persists, instruct the user to contact Customer Support for further assistance.
